Saturday June 14 and Sunday June 15/14

Hi Folks,
Sorry about the delays in posting.  Wrong adapter for the computer, then busy-busy, and on and on.  Pictures will be added later.

Ruth arrived in Orillia by 11:45 am soon followed by Fran.  After a quick lunch we loaded the van with all of our luggage, including an extra bag of supplies each, and headed to Pearson airport.  After checking in with Air France (no luggage was overweight?????, even Fran's), we treated ourselves to the priority lounge to wait for the flight.  Once aboard the plane we settled in for the 8 hour flight.  Rough landing in Paris, we must have been caught in a crosswind, the plane rocked from side to side, much to the concern of all aboard.  Transferred to Kenya Airways "The Pride of Africa" for another 8 hour flight.  Landed in Nairobi at 8:30 pm Sunday evening and were met by our driver (a new one, Michael) from Hike'n'Pic.  The traffic in to Nairobi was not bad, probably because it was a Sunday evening.  Checked in to the Methodist Guesthouse, nice to me met by familiar faces.  Unpacked only a little as we would be heading for Bungoma in a couple of days.
